Jad with Ideal Temp Heating and Cooling is off the charts for service in this industry. A huge snow storm left many Ottawa homes with furnace issues at very inconvenient times, noteably on the weekend and throughout the night. I called over 10 different companies that boasted 24 hour service who either didn't answer their phone or said they wouldn't come till the next day. I had no heat, and the temperature was dropping fast. Jad came at midnight and got the heat working for myself and my girls and came back with parts a couple days later. I also had a follow-up text the next day to see if I had encountered any issues till they could return the next day. If you want to hire an ethical, hard-working and true to advertisement firm, call Jad at Ideal Temp Heating and Cooling. This will be the ONLY firm I work with when needed. The level of service with this firm is second-to-none and out performs most other firms in the city.

This winter snow has left us without heater on Family day. We have been calling several companies without being able to speak to a live person. We sincerely want to thank Jad for answering the at 8 am and helping us with his advice. He requested to clean the airway outside and even explain in detail how to clean air vent. We would always be grateful.

Wow, what a pleasure to find a local Ottawa HVAC technician that is friendly and honest! We needed a furnace repair which was quickly fixed thanks to these guys. They also gave me lots of advice on furnace maintenance and tips for the air filter. I highly recommend them!

Our furnace stopped working and we needed a HVAC technician on a Saturday. Thankfully Ideal Temp came over right away to diagnose the broken furnace. The repair was fast and the HVAC technician was efficient, honest and friendly. I highly recommend them for all your residential heating needs.

Ideal Temp Heating and Cooling came to my family's rescue during the summer heat wave! My partner and I both work from home, and our A/C broke at the worst possible time this week. Fortunately, Jad went above and beyond to fix it promptly for us! I highly recommend Ideal Temp to anyone looking for fast and reliable service in times of need. Thank you again, Jad, for your exceptional service!
